You mean the ice in your ice bucket is one solid block? That's what Stewards are for.

How am I supposed to climb the rock wall without a pick axe????? Do they provide adequate climbing gear?

Sometimes, even in this digital age, the old 'tricks' are still the best ones.

Case in point: identifying luggage at a glance from a distance.

We located some of the ugliest ribbon we could find. [Strips of cloth or macrame cord will also work just fine.] We firmly tied generous lengths to the handles of each piece of our luggage.

Our bags and suitcases might not impress [quite the opposite!], but they sure stand out in a crowd just the same.

My wife likes to go to the drug store/ Dollar store or the like and buy some wild colored socks. We tie one around each of the handles of our luggage. The socks are definitely a way to detect our luggage.

We Do Also......

From the beginning, it took awhile for us to use this method but found it very helpful.

We do use a very colorful tape and place strips on different parts of the bags or luggage to ID them from a distance.

I try to pick colorful and different then what I would think others would use.

I also place inside an additional type of ID sheet to let people know if the baggage gets lost and the ID tag on the outside detaches, who the bags belong to.

It contains name, address, city, state and zip.
Phone number and the ship and dates of the trip.

This way if anyone goes in the bags, there is information people can use to forward or contact us.
