    What to pack?

I've learned a lot from going over these and other message boards. I've learned that these are some items that one may not think of bringing on a cruise; a yellow highlighter pen to highlight what we want to do for the day on the cruise compass. A power strip for the extra outlets it provides. And also, post it notes to leave notes on our door to communicate with our son and the friends that we are traveling with.

So here's my question....... can anyone think of anything else "unusual" that I haven't thought of. This is only my 2nd cruise, I know I'll forget something important! LOL

Over the door shoe holder to put all those meds, bathroom supplies, and other small objects you use but can never remember which drawer you put then in

Your very welcome, you can get cheap ones at the dollar stores if you have them

I also use the fold up laundry net bags for dirty clothes.

Don't forget to notify your credit card company your traveling with it. Some won't allow the ship to access it if you didn't notify them!

Bring an extension cord for all your plug-ins, as there are only 2 plugs in one outlet.

If you are not sure if you get sea sick, go buy some Ginger Tablets to bring with you. They work great and won't interfere with your drinking

You should dtrongly consider packing me... I can sleep on deck, and I'm really good at winning trivia contests, and I'm pretty sure I can fit into a (big) suitcase!

I never leave home without my flushable wipes and a toilet seat cover (packed in ones) in my purse. Especially for Mexico.

I'm a compulsive over-packer (just ask my hubby who always shakes his head when he sees my bags piled up).

I do try to get all of our OTC meds into a ziplock bag. Things like aspirin or cold meds are way too expensive onboard in the shops and very limited in brand and type. I don't think hubby minds that as a few times he needed the Sudafed I'd packed.

Me too, except I also bring a thermometer too. I'm a little anal though because I do this even when we fly somewhere for the week. (In the states.)
