    British Colonial vs. Wyndham/Nassua beach!

1st time cruisers here..me, dh, dd 3 1/2 y.o. and ds 7y.o. Which beach is best for us? We will be in Nassua all day in May, my kiddos love the beach so we won't do any excursions. If they would get bored we might go to the Adrasta (sp/) zoo. Help anyone?

Since your children are young, you might consider British Colonial as it is close to the ship. There is a 15.00 fee per person to use the beach which includes facilities (bathrooms). The Wyndham is nice, but now under new ownership...policies may have changed about cruise guests. Ardastra will be wonderful for your family. It is small, but my dh and I loved it! Hope this helps Have a great cruise!

Passivite ... Thanks for your reply!

We've only been to the British Colonial ... never to the Wyndham ... so I was wondering as well.

When we were at the British Colonial, the $15 pp also included the use of their pool and beach towels & chairs. Is that still true?

    LuLu,
You are correct about the British Colonial. I was trying to keep reply short LOL. Anyhow, the Wyndham looked nice to me. We took the Jitney (bus) there, and just walked around the grounds. As I said, it is under new ownership now so I don' t know what their policy is regarding cruisers. Nice beach, lagoon for the kids and nice swimming pools. Perhaps, you could email them to find out if cruise guests for the day are welcome? Sorry that I can' t give you any more info on their policy
