I suspect the kind of excursion you are looking for will not be much less money that what Stuart Cove proposed, but it doesn't hurt to ask. As you found out, lack of information can cause you to miss something really good.

If one place can't offer you what you are looking for, don't be afraid to ask them for a recommendation. Good businesses understand that good will goes a long way.

Thanks for the link, I will send them an email, I am also affraid this would not be in our budget we are willing to pay some money to have a great excursion but not for only 3 hours and all private arranged boat charters I checked are all in the range of 2000 $ that is too much for only 2 people and 3 hours ..... will post if I find something affordable

I just have sent a mail to RCI and am very curious about how they explain
their time in port from 7 - 1
One of the excursions they offer ( booking directly through the secured line )
is Atlantis ultimate tour which is very very expensive ( 299 usd/person ) and Tour description says "departure 9 am tour lasts for 7 hours " how is that possible ? They would be back on board at 4 pm ??????????
Suppose I am willing to pay that kind of money and they cut the tour in 3 or 4 hours to be back on board arround noon ,Think a lot of people would not like this
it all does not make any sense
