Looking a lot better for you this morning, you will have great weather on the 8th, if you have rain it will be just rain

Watch the weather this week and our Hurricane watch forum here. Ike may have a stall here in the gulf, and is possible it may go over Florida toward the east coast, I doubt it, but possible, it will then matter where it comes out on the other side, but remember once it is cleaned up, and it happenes THIS week, the port will be open next week and great weather for you

As far as the Bahamas it appears the Turks are getting the worst of it, Cuba, Haiti remains to be seen, Keys weill be missed I think unless they are very lucky. Even if it is not a direct hit, they will be on the dirty side and will have some damage, depends on how fast they can clean up, storm surge will be a big problem for them. On the bright side, relax and enjoy your cruise, wherever you go will be new to you.

right now it looks like the worst you will have is maybe choppy water, take sone bonine, cheap, Navy uses it, start with one pill the night before the cruise and then 1 each night after

Just have a good time. If you don't get to go to CocoCay, then immediately book another cruise so you can. It is NOT to be missed.
