Ok since I won a cruise (it included an outside stateroom valued at a certain price) and I'm now booked. I just got a flyer in the mail & checked Princess's website and yes the fares across the board have dropped for the cruise I am on. Can I request an upgrade on a cabin I didn't pay for since the price has dropped?
Oh I do have a 3rd person in the cabin that we had to pay for but the cabin is now paid in full.
