    Wedding anniversary

I am cruising for the first time in a few weeks....
When I made the booking, I was asked if there were any special anniversaries
    being celebrated while aboard...
I said yes, as its our 21st wedding anni'

I see it is noted in the booking details... will they actually do anything on that day or just drop off a card in the cabin or something..???

They will normally bring a little cake for dessert and sing happy anniversary, just like they do for birthdays.

As Pete said correctly that is the least they will do.. but do not be surprised if it happens and it is NOT ON your actual DATE.. there are times the dinning room staff will combine a couple of days celebrations together.

On Princess, one cruise was right after my birthday and they still celebrated it with a cake and also put a balloon that said Happy Birthday on the outside of the cabin door and one inside the cabin by my bed. We also celebrated my cabin roommates birthday while onboard later during the same cruise and they gave the cake and balloons again.

In addition to that, I also received some coupons for the Spa without any restrictions.
