I think I can do this from what I have seen on here. I am looking for quotes from those who are actually TA's on here. If this is not doable, let me know! I understand that it will be a PM.

I think the price is very good but was wondering if I transferred to a TA what perks could be thrown in if any. I have heard of people doing this before, but I have never done it this way in the past. I would love to give someone commission as well as get something rather than nothing. Does this make sense?

I'm not a TA so I won't answer your question except to say that most TAs give some kind of small perk for booking. I have $100 OBC, but I am in a balcony cabin.

The biggest advantage is that the TA (a good TA) will watch out for your best interests and go to bat for you if need be.

The TAs here will PM you if they wish to discuss pricing with you since the only place to publish fares in in our Cruise Deals forum.

The price is good so you would have to transfer and not cancel to keep your price. It's definitely doable and get $100 on board credit. I've emailed you.

The price you've been quoted is a Resident Rate and is definitely transferrable. This rate is exactly the same as what everyone will quote because RCCL requires us to do so. The benefits of transferring to an agent versus keeping it with the cruise line is that should the rates drop, an agent will get the lower rates for you, whereas the cruise line won't notify you of any specials. If you're considering transferring to an agent, interview those you are considering to find one you feel comfortable with - after all, it's about the service they provide. But one thing I don't recommend is transferring to an online site - not a great idea.
