As a travel agent of over 30 years, I have never had clients as unhappy as they were with their experience on the Nickelodeon Cruise. THEY came to me wanting me to assist them in booking it and I told them throughout the process that the company was SO unprofessional and had so many problems. They unfortunatly had many problems onboard as well. The Nickelodeon booking agents will not now return my emails, calls nor have they paid the small commmission promised.Travel agents and passengers alike nee to please beware of working with this company on their propsed 2010 cruises!
