I have heard that this isn't the first time this outfit has scammed travelers....opening under a new name seems to the the name of the game.

Considering that they have used a few different names, I would be cautious about going with a new agency until I check them out. It could be this same agency.

It's amazing how it's allowed to happen that they can just scam everyone and reopen under a new name. I think everytime someone finds out about it they out to broadcast it on all the web boards.

That's pretty much what is happening with eCruisestore.

It is a shame that folks fall for the "too good to be true" offers just to save a buck or two and end up losing it all in the end.

My mantra is to find a travel agent you can trust and stick with them because you will come out ahead in the long run. Loyalty does pay off.

Here, you can announce it. And if someone else had a good experience with the same place, they can say so too.

It's too bad you can't on all the cruising sites.
