The CDC has removed their alert against non essential travel to Mexico
Novel H1N1 Flu and Severe Cases of Respiratory Illness in Mexico | CDC Travelers' Health

Carnival Cruise Lines is putting Mexico back on their ports of call starting again in mid June.
I'm sure the other cruise lines will return to Mexico very shortly.

This has been a bumpy ride for Mexican ports which rely heavily on the cruise line's business so this is good news.
