Is it normal for any agency to be collecting the final payment several months early? I seem to remember our final payment due about 3-1/2 months before our last cruise.

I hope Pat gets everything sorted out. It sounds like she's getting some great advice here to take care of registering herself on the RC site. Don't worry if your tags don't get there before your cruise. There's still a few weeks left so I would guess someone will get them to you.

Define several months.

Final payment is generally due sometime between 60 and 90 days prior to sailing depending on the cruiseline and the sailing you are on. For my agency, I always ask for final payment with at least some padding before it is really due, because I hate leaving everything until the absolute last minute. I also have had clients that I need to remind 5 times before the final payment is actually made. By adding a little padding that's helps smooth things out a bit.

There are some specials that must be paid in full quite a bit before sailing. For example Crytal has had some offers that would save you an extra $1000 if you made final payment 6 months in advance. However, you should know those terms at the time you make the booking.

3 -1/2 months is not out of the question if the sailing demanded final payment 75 - 90 prior to sailing and the agency wanted a couple of weeks padding. That seems very reasonable to me. Of course, not knowing the details of the booking only allows me to speculate.

Actually I have completed my Set & Sail pass is this what your talking about? Or is this something I am forgetting to complete.

Have you logged in to the Royal Caribbean website? Goto Royal Caribbean International - Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines
At the very top of the page you will either see a Welcome message with you name, or a link to sign in. If you have never signed in, you will need to register.

Once signed in, right below the Welcome message is a link to My Cruises. Click that link.

On the left side of the next screen in the bottom of the box, it should show your current reservation. If it does not, click "Don't see your reservation?"

That will take you to a screen where you can input that information.

Once the information is there, you should be able to click the reservation and within that section should be a link to get your edocs. I can't give you exact specifics there, as I don't have a current reservation.

Hopefully you will be able to find it from there.

Well another update, I was so fed up this morning when I was unable to get into my Set & Sail Pass and the system kept telling me I needed to make payment. I called Ecruisestore and spoke with Cathy Ireland's supervisor and explained about not being able to get into RC site and also about the amount of money I have spent on this balcony room.

This afternoon I received an email with an upgrade to a JS(which equals the amount of money I have paid), and I am now able to get into RC site and update the info.

I want to thank everyone who has helped I really appreciate all the help.
