I will follow your advice. However, I did book "balcony" cabin 8600. It turns out "the balcony" is tiny, almost like french doors You can just fit one chair.
So I dont mind moving.
You're very welcome!

You might see if the balcony cabins in the very back of the ship are available. These are great and sometimes have huge balconies. We've been back there several times and have loved them. I have several clients who won't book anything other than those cabins because they love them so much. But you have to be quick (and sometimes lucky) to get them.

Pete, thank you. I will keep that in mind. A friend of ours that is sailing with us next year has already secured herself one She said she always wanted a aft balcony but never had one before, only had the balcony suites on Regent Seven Seas Cruises. Now there is a comparison; RCCL and RSSC !!

Just adding a little info.

On RCCL, the next cruise booking deposit is only $100, but you will
need the full deposit when you actually book a cruise. The deposit of $100
is not refundable but it never expires. The same rules apply to Celebrity.

Wink Next Cruise booking

Actually only one has to make the booking as the OBC is per cabin.
So, it would be a total deposit of $100.

I got 2 of them while on Monarch last time and used one on each of my 2 Monarch cruises that I am doing as a B2B next month.

You should also get a couple of coupons for friends and family to get the same OBC as you do if they book the same cruise that you book.
The next cruise and friends coupons can also be used for reduced fares such as senior, resident and group bookings. Be careful though to keep the same booking number. The one you receive on the ship will and must remain your booking number on your actual cruise to assure you receive the OBC.
