NOt to knock anyone or anything, but I use djgifford. We absolutely love her- she answers many (probably stupid ones too) questions, makes changes and is also knows her stuff.

Again, it is who you feel comfortable with- we checked around until we found someone we enjoyed working with.

Good luck and have a blast on your cruise!

    Thank you Stephanie....

None of your questions are stupid!

I suggest getting recommendations from people you trust...then talk with the TA...make sure you can get a good rapport going...

    Good luck with your search....

Amber, we have a number of TA's on this site and they sure know cruising! You already met 2 on this thread - and I love them both!

If there is one thing that we have lots of on here, it is definitely TAs! You will also note that the TAs do not overly advertise themselves or their services. We are foremost a travel board NOT a travel agent board and all of our people care most about cruising and helping others not selling their services. For that reason you will not see any hard sells around here since all of our travel agents respect this attitude.

Welcome to the board, settle in and I am sure that you will be getting lots of recommendations!

Yikes I hope I didn't over step my bounds recommending Reggie, I didn't even think how many others TA's were out there. I meant no offense to them, I only gave my personal experience and choice. I'm sure all of CLF's TA's are great!

Debbie, Amberite asked and you gave! I don't see a problem with that at all.

And if one travel agent fit everyone's taste, there would only have to be one travel agent.

    Welcome to CLF,
RCI has a great agent locator on their website now. Once you plug in your address it will bring up a list of agencies in your backyard ready willing and able to assist you. Verify that the agent you are speaking with is a certified RCI specialist and have completed several courses especially their most recent University of WOW.
Hope this helps, if not give me a call.

The problem with their new agent locator is not all WOW agents are getting listed...

Only the brick and morters and the agents not with hosts, which they are supposed to be changing...

Your TA should be able to provide you with the appropriate information, as to whether or not they are Expert level graduates of their WOW program. I have a certificate that they send to everyone, that is one. Essentially I just filed mine away...
