Ohhh, I didn't realize they were giving you a refund after the cruise. Like Pete said, that is totally against the rules with Royal Caribbean. If agencies "refund" or rebate" they could, like Pete mentioned, lose their credentials. And read their policy on cancellation fees, like Reggie brought up again...
