We have only been on one Holland America cruise also. We were on the Statendam. The food was by far the best food we have ever had on a cruise. Every meal was outstanding. And, we get teased alot about it being a "geriatric" cruise. We are middle aged and our cruise was definately not elderly people. A bunch of great folks. I would sail HAL again in a heart beat. Just might do that on the Oosterdam to Mexican Riviera.

And the other thing I really LOVE about HAL is their new European pillow-top mattresses. In my opinion, the most comfortable in the industry!!
