We offer two options for travel industry professionals focusing on the cruise market:
1) Paid advertising and 2) Concentrated exposure to your target market as a CONTRIBUTING MEMBER TA or TO, which is by our invitation or your request.
If you are interested in being a CONTRIBUTING MEMBER Travel Agent or Tour Operator, this message will tell you what is involved, how it can benefit you, and what is expected of you. If, after reading it, you are interested, we will need your contact information including website address for verification purposes.
We require: full name, physical address, phone number(s), Web site. Are you CLIA? Registered as a seller of travel in what states?
How long have you been a travel agent? Do you own your own agency or are you an outside agent for a host company? If so, wihich host company?
Is there anything else that you would like to add about yourself?

What MEMBER TAs and TOs do:
Our Member Travel Agents and Tour Operators are contributing members of our community. They are free to participate in the discussions on our forums, just like any other member. IN ADDITION, they lend their special expertise to our community by answering members' questions and posting information relevant to their area. This participation and contribution not only gives our Member TAs and TOs concentrated exposure to their target market, but also generates good will with a group likely to become their future clients.
Our "Ask a Travel Agent" forum gives our TAs a place to showcase their expertise through helping members with their questions.
In "Cruise Places," there are separate forums for individual ports of call, where Tour Operators can answer questions about the area in which they operate, and post information of interest about their locale.
In "Cruise Deals" you may showcase deals that you are promoting. We require the bottom line pricing including all fees and taxes.
In return, we ask that our Member TAs and TOs adhere to the following guidelines:
GUIDELINES for MEMBER TAs and TOs:
1 - You MAY mention your business within the context of a post, when it is relevant to the topic. You MAY NOT make post after post advertising your business. This will be considered spam, and will result in the suspension of your account.
2 - While you MAY NOT link to your website or email within the text of a post, you may, where appropriate to the discussion, reference this information, which needs to appear in your signature. (IE - "See my signature for contact information")
3 - We ask that you discreetly provide your business information to our membership in your signature following these guidelines:
A Size of logo or image: no larger than 200 x 100 (or 100x200)
B Text: Four total lines, image counts as a line. SO, four lines of text OR an image plus three lines of text.
C Text size: no larger than 3.
4 - Member TAs and TOs may also buy paid ad space on CLF, but doing so does not exempt them from following the Member TA and TO guidelines when participating in the forums.
