Just like reggie said the point of what my aunt was saying is that they are charging the same rate for my 7 month old who cant utilize the amenities as the would an adult. I think there should be a reduced children fare.
In regards to the comment about taking my child on a cruise I dont understand what the problem is. My daughter is very happy and well behaved and if she was fussy or cranky we would be in our room and not out with the other passangers, hence why we booked a balcony.
I wouldnt quit breastfeeding so I could go on vacation and we are taking her because she is our family and she is too little to leave. JMO
My in-laws are sailing with us to help so my hubbs and I get alone time but we are looking forward to traveling with her...

Awesome, glad you are going to have some spare time. We have sailed with Grandchildren, one at the age of 2 and others were 5, 8, and 11.. We did not have backup and I had no regrets. The crew was awesome to all of them, and it was fun for us to see it through their eyes. I understand you wishing the pricing was different, but in the future as mentioned above, there are lines that have a cheaper rate, sorry it wasn't this line. Have a wonderful cruise.
