Hands down for me it is definitely the lifeboat drill. Especially when it's hot outside!!! I was "tipsy" during that last 2 that I attended, it does make it more interesting! lol
I think I may try this to overcome the pain of the drill!! The engine shutting down for that last time and standing in the long line thru customs rank right up there. At least I have my sweet doggies waiting for my return. And then back to work, oh this is depressing me.

Ah, yes, CUSTOMS. They really nail you on jewelry!
Long lines anywhere - whether it be embarkation, debarkation, waiting to enter the dining room (if you have assigned tables, why should it matter if you're there first?). I like to be one of the first ones at the boat drill, though, so I can lean against the wall, and not have to stand forever. BUT, then there's the line of people waiting to climb the stairs, ride elevators, or to just stand clear of everyone else, in order to return the life preserver to the room, in order to go stand in yet another line!

It has to be packing and getting off. The suit cases shink as well. Why else will everything not fit in the case, like it did when I packed it at home?

Cruises booked: Queen Victoria November 2009, QM2 May 2010 and Queen Victoria March 2011.
For me it's the life boat drill. Standing on deck all huddled together like sheep with those bulky life jackets. Makes it worse when the temp is 90 F. Then back up the stairs. I wish I could hide in my cabin. As you can see, It doesn't bother my wife at all

One nice thing about Princess is that the life jacket drills are held in the muster stations inside. So if your station is in the Princess Theater, you can sit down during the drill until they ask you to don your jackets. The last cruise, our station was in the art gallery, and there were way too many people in there so it felt stifling.
I vote for the packing and unpacking. The packing on the final night and trying to find space for everything, without forgetting to take out things I need for the last morning. And unpacking when I get home as that's very depressing, and often means doing lots of laundry.

The only Muster Drill I like is the one on Princess ships. You assemble in a lounge with your life preserver(don't have to put it on until the demo).
I also dread formal nights, and packing at the end of the cruise, and disembarking.
