Severe Weather Thread For Travel And Cruise Connections
As Spring approaches, many in the midwest, upper midwest and south will face Tornado season.
This thread will serve as an information point for those experiencing severe weather......
We want to keep track of all our CLFers......
While this may not directly affect a cruise, it can certainly affect travel arrangments, flight delays and that type of thing as you head to your port of embarkation.
Feel free to post any severe weather in your area here............TORNADO WATCHES, WARNINGS, OR ANY SEVERE WEATHER THAT AFFECTS YOUR PARTICULAR AREA.
THIS WILL NOT REPLACE THE HURRICANE INFORMATION THREAD WHICH SUE WILL PUT UP LATER AS WE GET TO HURRICANE SEASON.
Let's hope for everyone.........this is a tame weather year compared to last year.
Tornado Week begins tonight on the Weather Channel
Too bad this has to come along with happy thoughts of spring!
I think this is a good thread though, thanks Jim.
After 56 yesterday, they are predicting a big snowstorm for Sun nite and Mon......hope they are wrong.

I heard there was some tornando action near St. Louis. I know that Koi lives in Missouri but I'm trying to remember if anyone else does.
Last night there was a reporter interviewing tourists in Hollywood last night about our weather in LA this weekend. Visitors from Chicago and Ohio were surprised that it was much colder (the 40s) here than back home. Up where I live, there was snow on Oat Mountain that's 1/2 miles north of me (I think Baseball Mom lives on the other side of that one, or the mtn. next to it). Right now at 5:16pm, it's about 40 degrees here and rainy.
