Azamara Club Cruises Puts Active Volcano on List of New Destinations

The active volcano Krakatoa is in the Sunda Strait between the islands of Java and Sumatra in Indonesia. Passengers on board the 2011-2012 Christmas/New Year's cruise aboard the Azamara Quest will be able to experience this amazing natural landscape up close and personal.

Based upon conditions and weather at the time of arrival, staff and passengers will be able to attempt a landing and explore the site on foot.

Also being added to Azamara Club Cruise' itinerary on this cruise, are the ports of Semarang, Lombok, Komodo and Benoa Bali, where the ship docks overnight on New Year's Eve.
