Question What is your favorite thing to do in Aruba?

Most cruisers seem to enjoy having Aruba as a port stop.

What is your favorite thing to do there?

Taking a cab to the Hyatt, and spend the day on that beach.

Only been there once and did enjoy the day. Did our first submarine tour...never again Once was enough. We also did a sunset catamaran cruise. It was purely awesome. Even if there wasn't any sun that day. Loved the people there.

We love to go to the beach and water activities so Aruba is a favorite of ours.

My choice is taking a taxi and going to Palm Beach for the day.

My DH totally enjoys doing "Day in Paradise at De Palm Island" ... so we have done that quite a few times. No problem! I enjoy it too! ( There's a report of what to expect at De Palm Island in this section ... just scroll ...)

    Honestly, don't really enjoy Aruba.

If I don't know the answer I'm fairly certain I can find it.

A bad day at sea is better than a good day at work.

PE ... Always, you seem to find the best in places and I've so seldom heard you say you didn't enjoy a port .... so your opinion is trusted.

Please tell us WHY you didn't enjoy Aruba?

It just seems a bit boring and over priced for what you get. It is a beautiful place but not much to do until the sun goes down IMHO.

Hop on the local bus and head out to either Palm Beach or Eagle Beach for the day. The beaches are wonderful!
