Carlos'N Clarlie's - Aruba

Not to be missed if you like a loud, fun, wild party!

The afternoons are fairly tame -- good time to buy shirts, etc. at their gift shop.

Around 8 PM things become quite lively and only get "more-so" as the night progresses!

Fortunately, it's located within crawling distance of the ship!

PLEASE, feel free to ask questions and/or comment with your own opinions!

Come on folks! Can't believe we're the ONLY ones here who enjoy PARTY BARS!

This year, our ship was not there at night BUT we made time to stop by for a frosty beverage after our shore excursion! It's not the same as at night BUT it was well worth the effort!

We have hit that age that party bars aren't for us.

Were you there in the evening when everything was WILD?????

All the cruises we have been on, we leave by 5 PM. And several times we have been there on Sundays when there was hardly anything open.

Boy that is a long crawl back to the ship.

Especially since they make you walk all the way around and to the regualr check-in point. I can remember years ago when we got right of the ship, went right through the gate and past Carlos 'N Charlie"s to get to town.

After the fiasco with the young lady(Natalie Holloway) who went missing last year, I wonder if Carlos N Charlies business has suffered.

LuLu, when we were there in 2004 on the Destiny, they didn't wait til 8 PM to have loud, wild parties. We walked by at about 12 noon, and the place was rockin hot. Those kids were loud, screaming to the top of their lungs with a beer and other fine drinks in their hands, doing all kinds of funky dances to the very loud music.

The Carnival Destiny left at 11 PM when we cruised on her in May, 2004. The Golden Princess which was in port with Destiny then, left at 5 PM.

I doubt that their business suffered, hanna.
Btw Natalie Halloway went missing on May 29th, 2005, not last year. Time is sure flying fast hanna, it's almost 2 years this May.
