My understanding is that there are not that many vendors supplying chairs and umbrellas. That is why we usually opt for Jolly Beach @ Jolly Harbor.

Reporting Back! The shore excursion we took, "Antigua Beach Escape w/Lunch" (report posted in this section... just scroll) was to Runaway Beach. Chairs were included in the price of the excursion. We rented an umbrella for $6.
