Major project on the cards for cruise sector

A major development project is in store for downtown St. John’s as the numbers of cruise visitors coming to the shores of Antigua and Barbuda continues to swell significantly.

The discussions are at the preliminary stages but the project, according to a press release issued yesterday, will seek “to modernise and upgrade the Heritage Quay and Redcliffe Quay Cruise Complex and surrounding areas.”
