Hi all,
I have recently booked my first ever cruise and I need a little advice. I have been searching internet for the last week looking for any tips for our cruise and I was told about a savings website that was promoting some sort of ebooks. I have since found the website and had a nosey (here) . They seem ok and a good idea but I am one of those people who was born skeptical of anyone and everything. Has any one here ever bought anything like this before? If so, did you save any money? I realise that these books would have different impacts for different people but if they save me more than I pay for them, I think they would be worth it. I just need to know that someone has actually saved money with them. Thanks for any help you can give.
IMO, you won't find anything much in them that you can't find right here on CLF for free.
We have folks here who know the ins and outs because they are frequent cruisers... most of our members have multiplel cruises, with multiple lines under their belts ... many with 25+ cruises, and a few with several timess that.
Check our Cruise Places area for tips on excursions in the particular ports you'll be visiting.
I just took a look at that website, and I have to agree with Canarymoon. The $19 and $40 will be a waste of your money. Check out our website for free (we won't ask for money) and you'll get lots of info. Just ask any questions you have about the ports and you'll get great advice on excursions and other things to do.
