I used to buy a soda card. But I've found I really enjoy the juices they offer, especially the guava. That's good stuff!

I have bought soda cards on the past 2 cruises. The first time it was a benefit. the 2nd time I felt it was overpriced for the amount that I used. Unless you drink a lot of soda's I would suggest not buying the card.

We are planning on buying one soda card. We are big soda drinkers. The only other thing is, we don't know if or how to get bring our own soda onboard.

Some of the cruiselines will allow you (or ignore) to bring onboard your own soda. What we do is pack a plastic crate (available at Home Depot), stick in our Pepsi (I don't care for Coke products), bottled water (hubby requires it as he's allergic to the ship's water), flavored water (my girl's preference), coffee/tea mix, small one-pot coffee maker... We stick a luggage sticker on it and drop it off with our other check-in luggage. Gets to our cabin perfectly fine.

I get a soda card every time. I drink soda with all of my meals and then some, and I like the conveniance of the card. Carying soda onboard with us isn't an option, we have no room in our luggage with all the beer.
