Old San Juan is built on the hillside and if you plan of walking, be ready for a lot of uphill and downhill traveling. When we hit San Juan it was early evening and although the humidity was not as bad at sundown, most of the shops were closing.

Old town was beautiful with some spectacular architecture that we would not have really experienced if we were not on foot.

Love the pictures, it brings back some definite memories!
