What info have we been looking for on message boards?
1. It seems many reviews are very old. I am sure the ships change considerably over the course of 5 years. For instance, how warn out things are or the food and personnel aboard.
2. The pros and cons of staterooms on each deck. For instance, it is more expensive to book a room higher up on the ship but if you are not in a balcony room then what would be the draw to a higher location? We have learned lots of great stuff I would never have thought of like not booking a room over or under a noisy area. For our ship we understand some like certain deck because the size of the balcony.
3. The only princess platter I have been able to find on-line is very old it would be nice to see a newer one to help get a feel of what to expect and what’s available.
4. As above what does a current dinner menu look like for the regular dining room? People talk about having lobster but is that on every cruise, just once during the cruise, or available as a choice in the regular dining room or only in the specialty restaurant?

Lobster is offered on the 2nd Formal Night and from what I can remember about menus that was the only night. I'll do some digging for you and see what I can find out.
As for the Patters, from what I can see is that only the DieHard cruisers scan and put the Patters online. My best advice is ask someone who is going on your ship a few weeks before you to scan and email or post them. (I have done this a few times)
For the Pros and Cons about each deck I'll start a thread about that one.
