Bonaire's beaches

There are no miles and miles of white sandy beaches to be found on Bonaire. Most of the beaches on Bonaire are public with the exception of Harbour Village Resort where access is rectricted to guests and to those who have paid an entrance fee.

Public nudity of any kind is illegal and insulting to the local people, except on Sorobon Beach (a privately owned nudist resort). Topless sunbathing and swimming is tolerated on non-locally used beaches
