When we were on the Crown Princess at Crown Bay in St Thomas, the Port (left)Side was dockside and the Starboard (right)Side was facing the water and other islands and sailboats. It depends on which side of the pier the ship docks.
I took this picture of the Crown Princess docked in Crown Bay when we were there.
