Ok, My name is Lynn and my DH is Dennis. I have cruised 6 times and my DH 8. We are pretty new to CLF, only a couple of months. LOVE it here!!
So far 2 of our cruises were with Carnival. One on the Miracle and one on the Spirit to Hawaii. We have a third Carnival booked for Christmas Eve/New Years this December. Can't wait.
Our first cabin together was an inside, then we moved on up to an ocean view, then a balcony, then Junior Suites and the Penthouse. Next cruise is on the Miracle in a corner aft wrap suite. So I think we have most of the stateroom categories covered.
But, I must say that Carnival's Penthouse is nothing more than a very large stateroom. You do not get from Carnival what you get from other lines for a Penthouse but the price is much better!!!! No butler....sorry, but I can live without a butler....Oh wait, I do live without a butler every day! 
We have sailed mostly Caribbean, Eastern, Western, Southern. Hawaii once. I like to go where it's warm. In the planning stages for Alaska probably in 09 and then Tahiti. After that Panama Canal , a river cruise on the Danube and Cape horn are in the dream book!
We are not loyal to any cruise line but pick where we want to go and where the price is best. Any line and time is my motto...just get me on the water.
