Hi Diane. The other problem with those pants I ordered was that if I had to go to the bathroom I would have to know about a half hour before hand just to get all the buttons undone. 
Do you plan on wearing your clothes twice? That is, the formal dresses, skirt and top, and sun dress. If so, you only have enough clothes for 8 nights. The first night will be a casual night - you will be wearing to dinner what you arrived in (they can't do anything about that because you won't have your luggage yet) I would pack another pair of shorts just in case the ones you are wearing get soaked if you wear them on a day with water involved (but then again we are on a cruise ship so there's water all around us). I would find another top for your skirt.
I am going through my list of clothes. I think I have one too many outfits for nighttime than I need.
I don't worry too much about tops to go with shorts. If I don't pack enough I'm sure I can find some on the islands.
I am going to send you a picture of me in the outfit that I will be wearing on Thursday in case you are walking around and you see me.
