I can tell you that this years Veendam 14 day S. Caribe tour is not going to Guadeloupe.

Yes, it was on Veendam - 14 Day Southern in January 2005 ... so it was before yours. We had very limited shore excursions offered (absolutely no snorkeling, beach, boating, etc.) which didn't help the situation. 
Things change! I'd certainly be willing to give it another try ....
