Where you on the Veendam for that cruise??? I know there had been huge issues on prior Veendam cruises about the reception the ship received from talking to the shore excursion staff. I can say that while we were there, it appeared they were trying.
I can tell you that this years Veendam 14 day S. Caribe tour is not going to Guadeloupe.
