Years ago when we vacationed in the Cayman Islands, the weather was so bad that the renowned calm clear waters became a playground for surfers! That was quite a surprise!!!

Water taxi was $4 each way there and it sounded like it was the same on most of the islands we visited. I heard the water taxi was quicker too. And the dock for the taxies was right next to our ship dock, a short walk and we could see it from the ship. I will look for the water taxies next time I am in the Caribbean, thought it was a good deal. |
