Hi MCCruiser,

just logged on to thank you for the recommendation, the place was awesome.

To get thwere you go behind the convention center, and folow the signs; don't worry any driver knows how to get there.

You are greeted upon arrival by a genteleman that his sole purpose is to open the door of your car and ring a bell to let the staff know your going up.

Then you walk up about 15 steps to get to the restaurant, where the staff greets you, the head waiter (we got a table close to the terrace) leads you to your table, you are presented to your waiter (Miguel)

He recommends a few Margaritas, just make sure you get the Margaritas with the good tequila, since they use Cuervo (yuck) ask for either of the following: 3 generaciones, Don Julio or Sauza Reposado.
I started of with a blue margaritasm then asked for the strawberry margariotas, very yummy, but watch out they will creep on you after 4 (I had 5). The margaritas are huge andvery tasty.

We than had a few chalupas, ceviche, and the Patron Shrimp as an appetizer.....OMG, the sauce was to die for, it was so good we had a special order of this miracle sauce with the main course.

My friend had the Fish a La Talla (special blend of herbs and spices) and I had the Patron fish (garlic) since we got a lot of tortillas, we both had fish tacos with the special sauce.

Miguel was on of the best waiters I've had in a long time, funny, knowledgeable about the meals and always on stand by, not checking every 5 minutes to make sure everything was ok, I hate when waiters are 2 feet away and asking you if everything is ok every 2 minutes. Defintely ask for him. He has worked here for the last 17 years and he looks very happy, he told us that the owners Shelly and Angel Herrera are like family.

We did not have any desert, cause we were stuffed....

They have an upper level that is a terrace, very romantic, but due to the chance of rain it was closed yesterday.

They also have a place called stair wasy to heaven, it's about 42 steps to get a better view of the bay, but I could barely walk yesterday. I am still full at this time, and I just finished playing an hour of tennis a few minutes ago.

The place is designed like a typical mexican home.

Overall, I would definitely recommend Su Casa for dinner in Acapulco, here are the email details of the palce and web site.
