Why worry? Either you will or you won't as the mood suits you. You'll find out soon enough if it's something that really works for you, but it's probably also important to have cruised a couple of other lines to have a point of reference for your opinions.

We'll be starting our 6th year of 'Celebrity-only' cruising next month (well, apart from river cruises, and even the Zenith can't navigate that territory!). We've had no inclination to go back to any of the other lines we've tried. Celebrity offers a combination of features that, added together, appeal to us more than the other 'combinations' we've experienced. Since we're not trying to or able to pick from a dozen lines, it's always just a matter of being a bit flexible in our schedule to get a cabin and itinerary that works for us. Booking a bit ahead or with an agent that has better-than-average access to cabin inventory makes that process easier. [re: cabin inventory -- fellow agents, I can already feel the bristles -- if that statement seems to contradict your reality, we can toss that topic around separately in a different thread].

I had considered switching lines in protest of a near-miss with Celebrity's shift in policies regarding bringing wine aboard, but it appears their crack marketing and legal teams have come to their collective senses (at least in part) and so our planned 'boycott' is off for the time being.
