For 7 day cruises,
Carnival Valor out of Miami goes there biweekly
RC's Voyager OTS will go there biweekly out of Galveston. YAY!!!
Costa Mediterranea will go there once a month out of Fort Lauderdale.

For 14 day cruises,
Oceania's Regatta wil cruise there from Fort Lauderdale in late February.
Seabourn Legend will be there about every two weeks. You can sail from Fort Lauderdale or Costa Rica, and Roatan will be a stop on both itineraries. You can also book a 28 day cruise (and see Roatan 2x) or an 18 day cruise from Costa Rica to St. Thomas. (I will dream about this one tonight!)
