Larra- I cruised from Rio to Valpariso in Dec. 2003. We did not go to Antarctica, though we'd love to some day! 
The trip around Cape Horn was placid!!! Not a ripple on the water. The trip between Argentina and the Falklands was a bit wilder but with after I put a patch on, and I was great!!
It is one of my most memorable cruises.
As for age of the passenger, I think you will find on all cruises that the majority are retired, as it's a longer cruise. I was 44 when I took this cruise and enjoyed my fellow pax very much, they were well travelled and interesting.  |
