I would like to add to Sheila's post!! Supplies cannot be mailed to Roatan!! That is what blew me away!! If you mail it, it doesn't get there!! Period!! Even email is somewhat iffy!! These children are orphans, unwanted children, street children, an 8 year old girl with Downs syndrome, who lived in a chicken coop cause no one knows what do do with her!! She is not potty trained, and takes a larger size diaper, that is NOT a pull up, and THEY DO NOT HAVE THEM ON THE ISLAND TO BUY!! We are mot even asking anyone to buy supplies, we have them, but need someone to offer to take them to the port. There is a van from the orphanage that will pick it up at the dock, and you don't have to go there. You can enjoy all the island has to offer!!  My point here is, these are children that have no one but the people that willingly take them in to care and love them!! And help from us, who they don't even know!! PLEASE, if you know anyone going on a ship that stops there, would you ask if they would be interested in helping!! Ask them to email you and give them the link to this site!!
