Hi there,

In July, we drove to Baja and stayed in a condo. We went to Rosarito, Puerto Nuevo and Ensenada to shop, eat, golf, etc...

My all-time favorite phrases include:

Cuanto cuetsa? How much is it?
Then I would start the bargaining process! That is soooo fun!! The kids did great and they were thrilled with their purchases and their bargaining skills.

The kids learned how to say, "Bueno, gracias, adios, de nada, por favor, and hola". The locals really appreciated hearing them say these phrases. There was a lot of laughter and smiles.

Of course, cerveza por favor is a popular saying. I prefer to say, "Corona porfavor" or "Tecate porfavor" or "Dos equis por favor".
We skip one step by choosing the beer and I get the drink faster.

Buena Suerte (good luck) & Adios!!
