There are three houses that have the headsets I beleive. I know The Marble house is one. The Elms is another.
They do a three special pricing. Or it is per house. The cliff walk is free.
I too would either take a taxi or public transportation. I can't see where it would be worth what the cruise line would charge.
If anyone has Newport on a destination and have specific questions let me know and I will either go check it out or call for you.
