The newly remodeled Baltimore erminal for Royal Caribbean is great. I had the chance to go there and it really is nice. For anyone considering a cruise out of Baltimore, all I can say is "Do it".
And speaking from experience, doing the set sail pass online is great. It really shortens your time at the counter, all you have to give them is your printed out set sail form, your passport and credit card and zoom you get your sea pass card and are on the ship before you can say cheese for the camera!
And I also had the pleasure of sailing out of Cape Liberty last year too and it was quick and oh so painless. Just a 2 1/2 hr drive to NJ and away we went.
