Don't wanna be shark bait
Annora-
I have snorkeled in many of the Caribbean posts over the years and have never seen a shark yet. I am a total snorkel buff, but have no burning desire to swim with nurse sharks or any other kind of shark. It was fascinating watching the 500 lb tarpons down below me, but being on coumadin (a blood thinner) I think it'd be more prudent to stay away from anything attracted to blood.
P.S. I hope to swim with the dolphins with my son in Curacao this year though!
