Sorry for the delay in answering, today was my birthday, had to work and go out to dinner...

No fee at the Finisterra and it is walking distance from the port. There are umbrellas for shade, several pools, 3, I think...no water sports...just the pools....there is a swim up bar in one of them....pool side waitresses....also a bar called the Whale Watchers Bar that overlooks the ocean and you can see whales (in season!!).....we just go to hang out and read and relax....
