I will have to wait until full 2007 summer cruise schedules come out before I make my decision.
It will either be RCI out of Southampton or HAL out of Copenhagen.
I've been to London before and didn't really like it all that much. I'm more inclined to want to see Copenhagen. But I like RCI better than HAL. Decisions decisions.
I definitely would arrange air and hotel on my own though. Not through the cruise line. I'll have to see if I can just purchase transfers without the rest of it.
We'll see what happens. I'm trying to do research on Southampton and Copenhagen

You didn't like London? What did you do when you were there? I wonder if you missed the good stuff.
Did you go to Westminster Abbey and see all the burial crypts with carvings of famous people? Or Westminster Abbey...a beautiful towering cathedral? Or the tower of London...the dungeon and the royal jewels...or Buckingham Palace...or the Royal Mews where you can see all the royal carriages from throughout history? Did you go to the British Museum...where they have all the Egyptian stuff and the most of the friezes from the Parthenon (Greece is not happy about that) ? Did you see London's Chinatown (different from SF, that's for sure...but great food and funky restaurants!) or ride on The London Eye? You can see so much from way up there...I rode it at sundown and saw Big Ben and the London skyline from the top with an orange sky as a backdrop...just beautiful. I also went to the theater a few times in London...I saw Phantom of the Opera at Her Majesty's Theatre and it was like stepping back in time...very cool...and a fantastic performance! There is also Picadilly Circus with the street performers and outdoor shopping...all sorts of trinkets and souveniers...just a fun place to look around. I have been to London about six times and it's always a lot of fun.
