Maybe the key is the number of kids onboard, but not in the way you think. If there are a lot of families onboard with responsible parents who make sure their kids are properly supervisored, then it may be a "relatively" quieter cruise than if there are a lot of college students on spring break onboard (that's an experience   ). In October, you probably won't find too many regular families (unless the kids are homeschooled or taken out of school) or college aged students. So if there's a lot of misbehavin', it's because of the type of adults onboard. |
