When you own the house, it saves tons of money if you can do the work yourselves and just call in the pros when you need them...like for electric or moving around of water/drainage lines! If you're just replacing what's there and not moving them, it's not as involved.
It also helps in the repair area, because we all know that pipes usually leak on Sunday or a holiday and plumbers want more money to come out then! |
