I hear you and I understand very well. I dont smoke 3 packs a day and I can go for hours without smoking so I am not affected "so badly"!! At the moment a smoke 1 pack a day but have to quit soon. The price for a pack of cigarettes in Norway is almost $9 or $10I am not paying that amount!!
You are right, its your vacation you should be free to do what you want
